The dress features a fitted red base with visible black stitches just like the body of a voodoo doll. To add strength and contrast, I included a large black cloak with exaggerated, curved shoulders. This creates a dark and powerful mood that balances the softness of the red gown underneath.
For this illustration, I used water colors. The deep red and black tones were carefully chosen to build contrast and evoke emotion. I used a fine brush for stitching and small details, and a water brush pen to blend colors and add depth through smooth shading.
